HANDS is Available at No Cost to You

HANDS is a FREE voluntary program designed for new and expectant primary caregivers (mom, dad, grandparent). Our journey begins with a meeting between families and a HANDS Visitor, where any questions or concerns about pregnancy or a baby’s early years are discussed. From there, all families gain insights into community resources for primary caregivers. For some, additional support is provided through convenient home visitation, bringing valuable information directly to your doorstep.

HANDS is a free program and is not income-based.

Mission Statement:

Kentucky’s HANDS supports families as they build healthy, safe environments for the optimal growth and development of children.

Vision:

Every child is wanted and cared for in a stimulating and nurturing environment.
