- Store coin lithium batteries, also known as “button batteries,” and any devices containing them, in a place inaccessible to children, as they can be extremely dangerous if swallowed.

- If your child participates in activities like woodworking, science experiments with chemicals, or sports like racquetball or paintball, make sure they wear safety glasses to protect their eyes from flying debris.
