Our coaches help individuals create personalized quitting plans, manage nicotine cravings, and navigate setbacks. Eligible participants may even receive free nicotine replacement therapy such as patches, gum, or lozenges.
With 24/7 availability, coaching is offered through phone or online chat in various languages, including English and Spanish. We cater to those with hearing impairments and welcome individuals of all ages. Additional resources are accessible for uninsured callers, pregnant individuals, those under 25, or on Medicare, as well as residents of public housing or those dealing with behavioral health conditions like depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder.
